While we are always reviewing and updating event costs based on our expenses, Alliance Southern Minnesota strives to keep event fees as affordable as possible.

Events:

One-Day Events – Generally run from 9am until just after sundown. There is a discount for ‘Pre-Registering‘ (letting us know you are coming) at least two days in advance.

Weekend Events – Generally run from about 7pm ‘game on’ on Friday (camp opens at 6pm) until early Sunday morning (packed out and closed by noon). There is a discount for ‘Pre-Registering‘ at least two days in advance.

NPC Rates – Generally NPCing rates are much lower then PC rates, and you still get the full experience for the event!

2012 Season Event Prices:
Two Day Event PC – $60, $10 dollar discount for Pre-registering – 50 with prereg
Two Day Event NPC – $10, $5 dollar discount for Pre-registering – 5 with prereg
One Day Event PC – $25, $5 dollar discount for Pre-registering – 20 with prereg
One Day Event NPC – $5 + talking too, No talking too with pre-registration.

NPC Work Option: Requires attendance for majority of the event, see staff about available special jobs for the weekend, some examples are Helping in the kitchen, helping with specific cleaning chores etc. Basically if $5 is going to be a problem, chip in a bit extra around camp and we’ll handle it for you!

As factors such as site location may influence pricing, be sure to check each specific event listing for the actual event price!

Food Pricing

All events will include drinks (water, Gatorade, etc.) which can be purchased for in-game coin, and at least one meal (usually breakfast and dinner on the Saturday of weekend events). Planned menus will be posted about a week ahead of the game so you can plan ahead. Please let our staff know of any allergies in advance so we can plan accordingly.
